Confidentiality Assurance
All data received from a client pursuant to our services
to that client will only be accessible by our firm and other
support personnel as approved by the client. As a condition
of the service we agree to the confidentiality of the clients
data and information.
Client Conflict of Interest
Marker Actuarial will not provide services when there is
a potential conflict of interest such as: Insurance company
vs. insurance department, or two competing buyers, or buyer
vs. seller in a mergers and acquisitions situation.
Prior to commencing work for a prospective client, a current
source of compensation client list will be disclosed. The
prospective client will have an opportunity to assess whether
there exists a potential conflict of interest with respect
to a specific assignment. Marker Actuarial seeks to remain
financially and organizationally independent in order to provide
the highest level of objective and professional service to
clients. Unlike large consulting firms with complicated interlocking
client relationships worldwide, our client relationships,
by virtue of our size alone, are easily transparent. Conflicts
of interest are easily assessed and avoided prior to engagement.
